1. About Us

GoHire Technologies Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10056150. Our registered office is at: 2 Forest Farm Business Park, Fulford, York, North Yorkshire, YO19 4RH, United Kingdom.

2. Use of Our Platform

By using GoHire to apply for a job, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our platform.

You agree that all information you submit as part of your application is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must not submit anything that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if we believe you have breached these terms or applicable law.

3. Our Role

GoHire provides software that enables employers to advertise jobs and manage applications. We are not an employer or recruitment agency.

We make reasonable efforts to verify that jobs posted on our platform are genuine and not fraudulent. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or suitability of any job listing or employer.

Any interviews, offers, communications, or employment relationships resulting from your application are strictly between you and the employer. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on a job listing.

We encourage you to verify the legitimacy of any job opportunity and the associated company before proceeding.

4. Data Protection

When you apply for a role through our platform, your data is shared with the employer who posted the job. That employer is the data controller. We act as a data processor, managing your information on their behalf.

We process your data in line with the employer’s instructions and only for the purpose of delivering the application service. For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Applicant Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoHire platform, including our branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to GoHire. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the platform without our express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the GoHire platform “as is” and do not guarantee that any job listing is accurate, current, or that any application will result in a job offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered as a result of using our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost opportunities, delays in communication, or disputes with employers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Important Notice (For Your Protection Only)

This notice is provided to help you protect your personal information. It does not imply any obligation or liability on GoHire to review, validate, or guarantee the behaviour of employers using our platform.

We advise all applicants to exercise caution during the job application process. Do not share personal information unrelated to your job application — such as bank details, National Insurance numbers, or identification documents — unless you have verified the legitimacy of the employer and received a formal job offer. If you suspect any fraudulent activity, please report it to us immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
